A clean home should not cost you a weekend. Our standard cleaning covers the rooms you live in every day — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas — on a schedule you choose. It is the right service for a home that is already in reasonable shape and needs to stay that way.

Built for maintenance, not rescue
Standard cleaning keeps a home at a good baseline. If buildup has already taken hold in grout, baseboards or window tracks, a deep clean is the better first visit, and we will tell you so rather than sell you the cheaper service twice.
A clear price before we book
We ask about square footage, bathrooms and condition, then quote a flat price. You are not paying an open-ended hourly rate and hoping the number lands somewhere reasonable.
You do not need to be home
Most of our Houston clients are at work. Leave a key, a gate code or a lockbox code. Access details stay confidential and are used only for your service.

Not included as standard: Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows, inside cabinets and closets, and laundry are available as add-ons. Mention them when you request your quote and we will scope them in rather than surprise you on the invoice.

Standard Cleaning FAQs
How long does a standard cleaning take?
Typically 3 to 4 hours for an average Houston home. Larger homes and homes with more bathrooms take longer, which is reflected in your quote.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our teams arrive with eco-friendly products and their own equipment. If you would rather we use a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us.
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled with notice, and one-time cleans carry no commitment at all.
Can I request specific rooms only?
Yes. If a room does not need attention, say so and we will factor that into the quote instead of charging you for it.
