BrightHome Cleaning Services LLC ("BrightHome," "we," "us") operates brighthomecleanings.com and provides residential and light commercial cleaning across Greater Houston, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
You give us directly
- Quote and booking details: name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, square footage, the type and frequency of cleaning you want, and any notes you add about pets, parking or access.
- Access information: gate codes, lockbox codes or key arrangements, where you choose to provide them.
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Correspondence: messages you send us by phone, text, email or web form.
Collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site, through standard web server logs and analytics tools.
- Cookies and similar technologies. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well.
How we use your information
- To prepare a quote and schedule, perform and follow up on your cleaning service.
- To contact you about a booking, including confirmations, arrival windows and changes.
- To take payment and keep accounting records.
- To respond to questions, complaints and reclean requests.

Calls, texts and SMS consent
If you tick the consent box on our quote form or give us your number, you agree we may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop service-related messages about a booking you have made.
Log files and analytics
Like most websites, brighthomecleanings.com uses standard server log files. These record IP address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time, referring and exit pages, and approximate location. This is not linked to you personally. We use it to understand which pages people find useful, diagnose problems, and see where our visitors come from.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site working correctly, and measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to run the business and to satisfy tax and legal requirements, generally [NUMBER] years. Access codes are deleted when you cancel recurring service or on request. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out.
Security
