Property managers check the oven and refrigerator first, then bathrooms, then inside cabinets. Our scope is ordered the same way, because those are the items that generate deduction letters.
Inside everything, not just surfaces
Appliances, cabinets and closets are cleaned inside as standard on this service — not as an add-on. An empty home is judged on the spaces that are usually full.
Timed around your move
Clean after the movers leave, not before. We will schedule around your handover date so you are not paying to clean around boxes. Our move-out checklist explains the sequence.

Will this get my security deposit back?
It removes cleaning from the list of things your landlord can deduct for. It cannot address property damage, unpaid rent or lease violations. Be cautious of any company that promises otherwise.
Should I book before or after the movers?
After. Cleaning an occupied home means doing the job twice, and movers will scuff what has just been cleaned.
My lease requires a receipt for professional cleaning. Can you provide one?
Yes. We invoice every job and can provide documentation for your landlord or property manager.
Do you clean move-ins as well as move-outs?
Yes, and the best time to clean a home you are moving into is while it is still empty.
